Harvey Leonard, WCVB-TV Chief Meteorologist Emeritus, will present Climate Change: SIMPLE...SERIOUS...SOLVABLE and explain some of the extreme weather conditions we have been experiencing and how meteorologists predict them and how residents can respond to weather events.
