Book a free personalized one-on-one session today! Harvard Public Library offers computer and other personal electronic device assistance in the form of one-on-one help sessions. Scheduled sessions run between 30 min to 1 hour depending on staffing and need.
Some topics we cover include:
- Downloading library eBooks, audiobooks, music, and magazines to your tablet, smartphone, or laptop
- Navigating databases and other library resources such as Consumer Reports and Morningstar
- Using the Internet and e-mail
- Training in our Library Apps such as Hoopla and Mango
- Assistance setting up an email account
- Help formatting a Word document
